At Tinku Spark, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably.
1. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000 (after discounts and coupons).
Standard Shipping Charges (Orders below ₹1000)
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and total order weight.
Local Delivery (Within ~1000 km)
Order Weight Shipping Charge Up to 1 kg ₹40 1 – 5 kg ₹100
National Delivery (Above ~1000 km)
Order Weight Shipping Charge Up to 1 kg ₹90 1 – 5 kg ₹200
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time:
Within Tamil Nadu: 3 – 5 working days
Other South Indian States: 5 – 7 working days
Rest of India (North & other states): 7 – 10 working days
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays, shipping may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Partners
- India Post – for interior towns in South India and for deliveries to North/other states.
- If you prefer express delivery or a different courier service, please WhatsApp us with your Order ID or mention it in the comments section while placing the order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can check real-time delivery updates through the tracking number.
5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please record a non-cut opening video while unboxing and contact us immediately.
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
7. International Shipping (Optional, if applicable)
- Currently, we ship only within India.
