Refund & Return Policy

At Tinku Spark, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.


1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Mandatory Proof: A clear, non-cut opening/unboxing video is required for any return, refund, or damage claim. The video must:

    • Start before the package is opened.

    • Show the parcel from all sides, including the shipping label.

    • Clearly display the unboxing process in one continuous shot (no pauses, cuts, or edits).

  • Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Certain items such as personalized, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except if the return is due to a damaged or wrong product).

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, here’s what you can do:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A continuous, non-cut opening video is mandatory for exchange approval.
  • If eligible, please contact us with your order details and share the video for verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable).
  • Items on clearance or final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
